The problem is that the fan speed seems like to be always the same, and I can't control it with no software at all. And of course, The CPU gets very hot and throttles.If the noise comes from the top of the case, it is likely something is running against it or it's a bad fan. It is possible a cables is rubbing against the fan blades as they spin. If it is the pump the AIO cooling system will need to be replaced, as these systems are maintenance free.
