There are very few non legacy like Cryo, Flamers and Gamma that can actually kill someone in PvP. At high end PvP, playing without a legacy or any of those weapons mentioned is near impossible.If you are mainly trying to sell high level/high caps items, then its better to situate near foundation or crater, where most mid-high level players tend to visit regularly (for daily faction quests, cash in bullion etc).
